See The World Through Your Eyes

Have you actually stopped for a second to stop and see what you see for yourself, not because people tell you to or mention it to you?

Have you stopped to see through your formulas and not other people’s? How much of the way you see the world is your own and not contained, conditioned or distorted by other influences and people?

In life, no one can really teach you a thing, they can only give you the tools or formulas to teach yourself. And you must teach yourself, that is the only true way of learning.

But when you try to do it how they did it, when you try to be like them and adopt their formula and way of doing it… you have filtered reality through the mind of someone else. Now you’ve put yourself in a cage and blocked your potential.

When you put yourself in a cage, when the time comes to die, you will not have know what it truly means to see for yourself, to learn, to understand.

No matter what it is,

Seeing a beautiful sunset, hiking up to the mountain early in the morning to catch the sunrise, catching a wave, swimming in a crystal clear lake, having an orgasm, everyone will describe their experience as different. But in everyone’s hearts including your own, no one will ever be able to explain or comprehend exactly what you saw, sensed, felt and experienced.

That’s why when you hire yourself a mentor in any area you want to improve in your life all they can do is give you a formula, a set of instructions that’s turned into a formula and the rest is up to you.

If you give up your way of looking at things from your own way and give in into other people’s way you will see not reality itself but reality filtered through another formula.

So how do you know your experience is unique to you? The experience simply cannot be put into words.

No one can put you in possession of The Truth, no one but you.

That does not mean don’t listen to people. No. There is a difference between walking away from people’s formulas and walking away from their company.

Walk away from formulas, not the company of the people who bring you joy.

If you are not giving up external formulas then you will be surrounded by lots of people… but feel very alone, and that feeling can be destructive and deadly.

But if you give up those formulas then you will be surrounded by lots of people… and feel silence within you. You would have cultivated silence, peace and become undisturbed.

And once there is silence and peace then you will be able to see the world through your eyes.

And once you’ve seen, you’ll never be able to unsee. You will have freedom.

And you will have to walk out all alone and discover for yourself.

That’s the best kind of discovery.

Until next time,

Brody
